Today its ten years since I last woke up with a hangover and terrible anxiety caused by alcohol and drugs. It was such a struggle to get free from my addiction but thanks to the 12 step program, and by continuing doing what it suggest one day at the time, every day for 10 years. I now live an un censored life, with ups and downs,beyond my wildest dreams. It’s been a ride, life is, and being able to be present, real and awake on this ride is a gift from my higher power.
