I think that we can only control ourselves, so I agree we create our own happiness. If only other people wouldn't get in the way of us attaining our goal! It seems sometimes that it is a perspective thing, I don't try to "keep up with the Jones'", which means I don't idolize things. i.e. cars, clothes, big houses, etc. Tools sometimes I do envy, because I think of the things I could accomplish if I only had (blank). Anywyas, I am glad that you are feeling better today. You are rocking in the yoga outfit! Luv Ya!
