Important issue about payments (Patreon)

Hi guys,

I recently contacted Patreon support to talk about my content. As you know, my page is not marked as nsfw, but seems that doing even a single nsfw reward per month, changes everything.

I've to change my page settings and marks it as nsfw. 

What is gonna change? The most important problem with that change is that PayPal doesn't work with nsfw pages. Who uses PayPal may not be able to pledge anymore. At least it was like that when I started, but I think it's the same now.

How many of you uses Paypal?
