If you are a new supporter or you want to know more about how my Patreon page works, here you'll find some useful information. I'll keep this post updated as I change or edit tiers and rewards.

Little Glossary: 

4k                     Standard 4k resolution, 3840px on the longer side. JPG images.

SFW                  Safe for Work, no nudes.

NSFW               Not Safe for Work, explicit (nude or partially naked)

 Frequently Asked Questions 

"How do I get the rewards?"

1. The monthly pack containing the rewards is sent every month through Patreon direct messages on the 10th, and its content depend on your Tier. It's a Gofile download link to a zip file. If the link doesn't work, try a different browser, device or a VPN. The link expires in 30 days.

2.Join before it's too late! Rewards are usually announced 1 week before the end of the month.  The monthly pack is named after the month in which I deliver the pack.The standard deadline to join and receive the announced pack is detailed on its post, but you can generally expect it to be on the 10th of the month that gives the name to the ArtPack.

3. There might be unexpected delays. If that happens, I will of course keep you updated. You're still in time to get the pack if I haven't sent it yet

4. Be careful and check the Patreon posts! There is always an update on the rewards and how far I'm in the process of finishing the current pack!

"How do I know if the ArtPack has been sent?"

When I send them, I usually make a post about it so everyone knows. If there are no posts about me sending the rewards you pledged for, then I didn't send them yet! If you stopped supporting me before the pack release, don't worry. Reading the title will be enough for you to know when the pack is released, since it's usually something like "26-06 rewards SENT!".

If you have been charged for the pack, hence joined between the previous pack and the new pack deadline, you will still receive the pack even if you stopped supporting me.

"I joined on the 10th, why am I not getting the pack you just sent?"

If you join the date of delivery (the 10th is the default day), you won't get the pack to be delivered on the same day, but the next one. That's because whenever I send the pack, I can select a certain period of time, but selecting the date of delivery as well would create confusion or a timezone mess.

Honestly the best period to join would be in the first days of the month, most likely after the pack reveal or -art you like- reveal.

"Why the pictures on Patreon feed are the same resolution as all your other social media pictures? What's the point then?"

My Patreon page has always worked with rewards sent by direct messages. What's on my feed is just a preview of what you will get at better resolution at the end of the ongoing cycle. Pictures on my Patreon feed are not the rewards themselves.Things may change as I get used to the Subscription Billing system, but in this transactional phase i prefer to keep things as they were.

"Why after joining I'm not able to see all your previous rewards? / Can I get old rewards on Patreon?"

"What's the format of the images?"

The images are JPGs.

"Can you remove your watermark for patrons? 

I prefer for my stuff to be recognizable all the time, because I know it's going eventually to be leaked online. I know it sucks, but many creators do the same and I think it's fair.I personally don't think it's invasive. I hope you understand.

"How do I join your Discord server? / Why your Discord server doesn't work?"

I am planning to make a public Discord eventually. We'll see how that goes.
