I have recently been made aware of trainee Youngbin's horrible actions after the show, which I was unaware of while recording this. Thankfully I don't think I paid him much attention anyway, but I may still acknowledge him in this episode. Going forward I will definitely keep in mind what I now know!

Also, just so we're clear, in the intro I use the word autistic to literally mean that I believe I have many traits of autism, not as like an insult in any way! :)

Nico's personality is sooooooooo great even he was not shown in the main screen but only in the corner....he did not complain even though he said he could not even speak Korean well and even couldn't understand the lyrics at that time, and he never said any bad words to others and always hugged others. I love him so much. Also, he improved A LOT in &Audition (compared to I-land), and improved A LOOOT after debut, so I am really proud of him.

Daniel treated and trusted in EJ really well.... actually to be honest, I personally felt a little bit sad when I saw EJ voted Daniel off in the first episode and couldn't understand and related to the reason EJ said why he voted him off just because he wanted to practice(?) with others (please don't misunderstand me, I love all &Team members very much, or maybe it was just an evil editing because Mnet loves to do that), but seeing them still got along well is really great and heart-warming!!!!! EJ really looks the same as now and Taki was such a baby......Rewatching I-land with you is so fun!!!!!! Can't wait for &Audition!!

I think it's interesting that Heesung said the line "In a way I wish we would fight more" since he though that they would get closer with each other due to it. I think those who eddited the show chose to show that scene because it fitted the continued storyline. For some reason people forgot what Heesung said (or they had a selective memory) since they got so angry when the contestants had arguments. I also wonder if more contestants got into arguments more than the ones they showed. I watched BTS "Burn the stage" show when Tae and Jin got into an argument. From what I can remember they both approved that their argument would be shown to the public because they wanted to be transparent with their fans. I wonder if the contesants in I-land/the ground also had the option to choose if they wanted their arguments to be shown in the episodes or not?

I think that the producers said that Jake also got the choreo wrong so that's why he got a low score and Niki had a little shaky vocals I remember them saying! I think you missed a bit of the commentary because you were distracted but it's fine and they really could've commented on that more I agree! Also Jaebom messed up the first video they sent but I think they sent a video to the producers everyday and I guess he improved a lot! I already watchend I-land twice but I really enjoy rewatching it with you!

i love finding someone who also watches iland and also kinda considers it &teams show, i love enha but they never really stuck with me, so seeing someone who gets that they may have been edited wrongly and understands both “sides” is really refreshing.

ams

in iland they do end up having nicer momentents towards the end, but i think watching &audition you will be more pleased with they way it runs as its a lot more fun & less toxic

Yeahh that kind of evil editing is always sad to see, but it's great to see that all the boys actually get along well and have such sweet friendships :) Happy to hear that you're enjoying!

I think the producers purposefully show arguments between the boys to cause discourse among the viewers, since people tend to get really invested in certain trainees and then get really loud about their support whenever a conflict happens... which might bring new viewers to the show. And they probably sort of gave blanket permission to have their arguments and any other moments shown when they agreed to participate in I-Land, I doubt that anyone actually cared about whether they wanted certain moments to be aired or not:/

Ah yeah I guess my yapping causes me to miss some things sometimes... thankfully I have y'all to let me know things like that haha! And yeah that Jaebom thing makes sense, it was just interesting how they chose to only show him messing up that once, but then sent him up. The storyline got a bit messed up lol, but ofc I'm happy that he improved!

Nicholas was way too shy in I-Land, and he wasn’t good at Korean, so he was really insecure to be talking too much! He spoke in Japanese with K, Taki and Niki and in English with Hanbin, he wasn’t even close with EJ yet! They will be training together later and then become close, and be the duo that we love! Nicho has more screen time in the next episode tho, so thats good

I really loved seeing more of him in ep 4! Finally getting the appreciation he deserves :)
