James Brown - Sex Machine (Benjamin Koll Remix) (Patreon)

What's up guys? As always in every event where I'm going to play as a DJ, I prepared several special mixes for Beefdip 2023. This is one of them, a new remix of the classic "Get Up I Feel Like Being A Sex Machine" by James Brown.

First I came up with a mashup between "Sex Machine" and Daft Punk's "Get Lucky", but after working on it for a moment I suddenly came up with this idea, a new harmony and a more interesting groove to take the song to another place.

I like the result so much that I'm tempted to record it with my own voice, giving it a totally different feel. I'll let you know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day 😘❤️

PS: since Patreon seems to have taken away the possibility to add our own covers to the audio files, I've attached the cover to this post so you can download it and add it to the file yourselves. I've tried a new function I found anyway, let's see how it works haha
