702 ZenView Apartment 🍓| Sims 4 Build (Patreon)

Info: This apartment is extra special to me — it’s actually my simself’s home! 🦢Located in the Fashion District, it perfectly reflects my personal style.

I designed it with a rich timber base, soft white tones, and elevated it with pink, maroon, and burgundy accents. The result is a feminine yet sophisticated city apartment, perfect for Sims who love modern living with a touch of elegance.

How to install lot: Download the CC & Tray File folder down below, place the CC into your 'Mods' folder and the Tray items into your 'Tray' folder.

How to Place the Rooms: Since the apartment has two floors, each floor and the terrace were uploaded separately.
