Info: This time I designed a small but highly functional apartment in the Art Quarter, and I’m so excited to share it with you!

This space was created with a fashion-loving, art-inspired female Sim in mind — someone who appreciates modern design, cozy details, and a touch of personality in every corner.

For this build, I stepped a little outside my comfort zone by incorporating darker tones,but don’t worry — creams and soft neutrals still lead the palette. 🤍

To tie it all together, I used seasonal accents and warm fall colors, creating a space that feels both elegant and inviting.

How to install lot: Download the CC & Tray File folder down below, place the CC into your 'Mods' folder and the Tray items into your 'Tray' folder.
