121 Hakim House 🐬 | Sims 4 Build (Patreon)

Info: This is my very first apartment of the new year, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it.122 Hakim House blends modern and boho styles, creating a fresh and calming space with blue and green accents that make the apartment feel light and refreshing.

Although the apartment is quite spacious, it was designed for one sim, focusing on comfort and functionality. It features a workspace with a canal view and a large walk-in closet, making it a true dream apartment for a sim who loves both style and serenity.

A perfect start to the new year — I hope you enjoy exploring this home as much as I enjoyed creating it 💙🌿
