19 Culpepper House_v2 🎀 | Sims 4 Build (Patreon)

Info: I wasn’t able to share a sneak peek this week since I’ve been a bit under the weather, but I still wanted to make sure I could get this build ready for you 🤍

This week, I’m sharing a new version of 19 Culpepper House — this time with a more romantic and elevated direction. I designed it for a female Sim who loves pink, but in a way that feels more grown-up, soft, and refined.

The space is built around warm, muted browns and gentle pink tones, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. I also gave special attention to the balcony, designing it as a small spot to relax and enjoy quiet moments in the city.

I truly enjoyed working on this apartment — it felt soft, warm, and comforting to build ✨

Also, I’ve now made 19 Culpepper House v1 available for everyone (previously for paid members only), and you can find the link here 🤍
