701 ZenView Apartment_v2 🦭 | Sims 4 Build (Patreon)

Info: This version of 701 ZenView Apartment turned into a much more masculine and modern space than the original. I also wanted to experiment with the floorplan a little more this time, so I designed it with a loft-style layout.

The lower level includes the kitchen, bathroom, and a separate room, while the upper loft area opens into the living space, bedroom, and terrace. I really liked playing with the openness of the layout and giving the apartment a more layered feeling.

Honestly, I didn’t have one specific style in mind while building — I mostly wanted to work with earthy tones and create something warm, grounded, and modern.

I’ve been feeling a little unproductive lately, but I still wanted to create and share something with you. In the end, this apartment came together as a calm, masculine city home with a simple but cozy atmosphere 🤎

How to install lot: Download the CC & Tray File folder down below, place the CC into your 'Mods' folder and the Tray items into your 'Tray' folder. All CC and required meshes are included in the download. If your game doesn’t open, please make sure your Sims 4 and Mods are up to date, and script mods are enabled in settings.

How to Place the Rooms: This apartment is split into three separate sections:

the lower floor

the mezzanine level

and the upper loft area

Because of the way the game handles room uploads, I had to upload each section separately.

Unfortunately, the staircases cannot be included, so you’ll need to place the stairs yourself after positioning all three levels correctly ✨
