121 Hakim House_v2 🐆 | Sims 4 Build (Patreon)

Info: I’m so excited to finally share 121 Hakim House v2 with you! 🤎

For this version, I imagined the home of a cool it girl , someone with a strong sense of style who loves spaces that feel both effortless and curated. I leaned into a moodier palette than usual, mixing rich tones with vintage-inspired details to create a home that feels warm, sophisticated, and full of character.

While designing this apartment, I wanted it to feel stylish without being overly polished. It has that lived-in charm that comes from collected pieces, personal touches, and a space that truly reflects the person living there.

The result is a cozy yet elevated apartment that blends vintage influences with modern comfort , perfect for a Sim who loves fashion, creativity, and a little bit of drama. ✨

This build was such a fun change of pace, and I hope you enjoy exploring it as much as I enjoyed creating it. 🤍🏙️
