There was initially a line from Alan about how strange it was that the execution was happening right in front of his house. But I ended up cutting it because I felt it subtracted from from the actual joke and slowed down the pace. And no one ever dares argue with me - R

I like Alan's comment about not happening here haha But his facial expression does the job.

Alan's expressions are wonderful in the final cut. They really do convey, much better than words, his dismay both about an execution in front of him and also the incredulous release of the prisoner. Love the skit.
