Faida is... not as happy as me xD She madea lot of mistakes in the past and now she is paying the price.

Faida made mistakes but she didn't deserve this. And knowing hyena "politics" I doubt they're gonna just exile her...

I mean. This is just Karma for being selfish amd not moving past your pups death. I totally get wanting revenge. But this feels a bit like Scar from lion king. Using her pack just to gain power so she could destroy her enemies

Ok story aside I wanna talk about the art omg the one hyena slowly creeping up behind her, you just barely see them in the third panel! That's great art and story telling omg. Ps. I love the orange faced hyena what's their name 😍

Man, the only "mistake" Faida made was being nice to leopards. If ANY of her selfless actions for Chui, Africa, or Mosi paid off, she wouldn't be alone in this situation. Instead, she's tried to treat other animals like people, not rivals, and it backfired with the cackle thinking she's crazy. Next time you see a leopard in a tree you leave it there.

I genuinely cannot wrap my head around the "Faida is bad for wanting to attack the lions" line of thought. It's not just about wanting revenge when the lions in question go around killing babies, terrorizing smaller groups by chasing them away from their kills and stealing food, and trying to slaughter every leopard on sight because they're too stupid and/or malicious to recognize Chui isn't the only member of his species. This should have been a plan she was making with her Clan, but it isn't JUST about "revenge" when the target in question is an active threat who cannot be reasoned with, and WILL kill again if not eradicated. 100% logical and justified, spare and raise the babies if you want to "end the cycle of violence."

I love ya Fadia but I can’t say Nuru is wrong though. Sad that this is result of her actions but when you put revenge and mutualism with other species first and pack second how can you not see this coming.

I would have somewhat agreed with you if the hyenas knew what was going on, but as we can tell from what Nuru is saying, they had no idea of Faida's plot for revenge on the lions. They probably heard that for the first time from Africa and Faida's argument. Not to mention how she was talking about the end of the world and all creatures trying to survive together, when in reality she only wanted more 'soldiers' for fighting the lions. Her intentions didn't come from caring about everyone, she wasn't as selfless as it seemed. The lions are a powerful enemy, fighting them head on will result in many deaths. Is it really worth it? She wasn't honest with them, she thought of other species first before her clan, and all of that led her to here.

It frustrates me that no one can be nuanced about Faida. It obviously wasn't JUST "trying to gather soldiers"-- she raised Chui *before* he set the lions on her cubs, and only "turned" on him when his powers made life too easy. If this was all just sinister soldier-recruiting, she wouldn't have had a moral objection there. Yes, she should have been making this risky plan with the full knowledge and consent of her Clan, but to say her intentions didn't come from care is just wrong. (And yes if you can kill the lions with minimized casualties, that would 100% be worth it. They are active thieves and serial baby killers)

I'll admit, I was disagreeing with Momma-Rebel a bit- until this point. It wouldn't matter if the end of the world was coming or not. Faida's worst decision was to seek revenge for an event she can't change, not to mention dragging along the clan she's responsible for.
