Hi, with all the disruptions over the last few months, just as I was gettting to understand how to navigate this convoluted interface, it's all changed again. I don't even know how to get a message to the creator of this channel, that I would prefer to leave a private conversation between the two of us. It has to do with my subscription level and confusion about what that includes. I can't rely on help from this platform, it is some of the worst I have ever exerienced from any online site, but creators have always been wonderful about rectifying issues. I want to remain subscribed since the content is the best but I also want to verify I'm accessing all that I should be. Thanks.
