Check-in, new update coming along nicely (Patreon)

Hi all! I come bearing good news. I've had an amazing weekend and put a lot of time into the new update.

Conversation mechanics

I've been coding real hard at the new relationship mechanics, starting with a complete redo of the conversation mechanics. Right now I have the basic framework working really well, ready to start putting in (more) content when time allows. It takes great advantage of the new character sheets.

Conversations can be had over the phone or in real life at home or during dates etc. Some options may be blocked off over the phone or in certain locations. This way I can re-use content by taking conversations from the same big pool.

Character sheets

The new character sheets are pretty much finalized. I've transferred 10 or so girls to it so far for testing and it seems to be working great. I've been reworking the story around it too, adding way more dynamic fun to the relationship you can build with the main characters (sister/best friend) depending on their character, their sexual openness and their relationship status. I feel like this update is finally going to bring the game alive somewhat.

Relationships

During coding of the conversation mechanics I've also needed to start implementing the new relationship mechanics. I had already tested the waters with the FWB list and since it seems to work well I'll be doing the same for girlfriends. This means you can have multiple girlfriends, either ethically through ENM or unethically as affairs. I'll be adding marriage later.

Anyway, that's all for now. Wanted to check in before april. It's gonna be a while for this update to drop, but it's going to be a really good one. Worth the wait for sure. I changed up my work schedule too so I hope to have more time to put into the game from now on. No promises though. See you soon! Thanks for the support once again :)
