Editing this one brought back so many feelings! This episode is brilliant and one of my favourites, though they are all like children. It's hard to have a favourite!

I hope you all are doing as well as can be. I'll have the next Buffy episode ready in the next couple of days, and I still am slowly working on the Firefly episodes.

A little update:

I've recorded a reaction to the first episode of Cyberpunk Edgerunners, though I am not sure if there's much interest with that series. I haven't edited it yet, as Buffy comes first and keeps me busy 😅 I have also got Band of Brothers on my reaction list so I'm thinking about giving that one a try soon, too 💜

Preaching to the Horse's Mouth

I've long given up on trying to pick a favourite episode or rank them in any way. On some days you could talk me into picking one as my absolute favourite (one of the ones you haven't edited the full version yet) but outside of that it's totally up for grabs. Anybody could make the case for any one of them to be their favourite and I'd probably agree with it, or that they're all equally grate and I'd probably agree with the too. So them all being like your children, I get it. What they all do is that they pick one or two things and do them very well. Aside from being dramatic and tense this one is just such great tv storytelling. Writing, cinematography, all just really great stuff. There's a quote somewhere about part of the idea behind the show was that there was to be 9 crewmembers with the ship itself being the 10th. This episode really drives that home for us, especially with all of the found family vibes it has. I suspect a lot of folks would tell you that this is the one that really helped them to fall in love with all of the characters, Serenity included.

Regardless of whether you decide to put Edgerunners on the channel or not, I hope you'll finish watching it. It tells a great story, and it's quite short as well so won't take up too much of your time.
