So I listened to this in the middle of the night because, being a workaholic, I often get up and answer emails and messages. It’s stressful because I know I need to sleep. Nonetheless, this was so comforting. It actually made me a bit emotional. I know that you understand the importance of feeling safe, valued, and seen. Being a single person can sometimes, for no reason at all, feel very unsafe because you’re kind of taking on the world alone. You have to curate a safe and loving space for yourself. This is why these audios have been so important. They’re empowering in so many ways. All that to say, this was wonderful and I slept well after listening. 🖤
