I think your forgetting this A isn’t the same from start. That this person has been a mystery for all 5-6 seasons. Mona was A all by herself I believe, for seasons 1 and 2. Mona was locked away and we found out Cece visited her and cece picked up from Mona and was playing A for maybe seasons 3/4 and then she stopped being A and left country with help of Alison. There wasn’t an A for a little while after Alison returned. And now there’s a new A. We don’t know this version of A. It was never just 1 person whole time. This A has only been around since part of last season to now, and this specific story will be done and you’ll have your answers not too long from now
