To clear up the age thing only because I don’t much about laws when it comes to the sex offender stuff in California but Gabe was 18 and Anna was 15 so technically that’s what they meant by he was an adult when he had sex with Anna. We don’t know if Gabe was still in high school or graduated or dropped out idk.

I agree that I don’t think you should be labeled a sex offender for a 3 year gap but I do think at 18 you should know better than to be pursuing a 15 year old romantically
