Tyler Perry 100% feeds into black tropes and stereotypes in his movies and it deserves to be called out as often as possible. His scripts and the way he writes his characters is atrocious. You reacted to this movie exactly the way I thought you would, and I’m okay with your criticisms because they’re valid lol. 🤷🏽‍♀️

to add to this, tyler perry is a horrible man who deserves no flowers. but sitting there indulging in the story as ridiculousness is one thing. to embrace it and find the most disgusting things funny... is another. the misogyny in your videos are heightened when it comes to this type of media. you allow your thoughts of women to cloud how you interact with the films and allow the men to be the source of your entertainment- without acknowledging how comically evil they are. as a story piece- evil is used for comedy. you, seem to enjoy it. though. in DMBW the female antagonist is your main source of criticisms and you throw everything Charles did out the window with redemption so easy. but when its mike you find it funny? how is that not a glaring double standard?

Did not expect talk to be big mad over this reaction. Mike was Evil funny. No more layers than that. He made me laugh. Other characters were boring as hell. I liked Tyler Perry character and story the most. But y’all mad and saying I disliked the movie when I gave it like a 6.5. LMAO

Missing out. Reaction was a lot of fun and I had a good ass time. What you call negative I call honest. Plenty of movies I have watched that I enjoy. Literally just watched Justice War and hyped it. Love and Basketball, Ted, Step Up All In, Five Feet Apart, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Zootopia, Titanic, Soul are all movies I was overly positive with. Plenty of others I thought were fine or ok movies.

It's not like I said you need to censor yourself and fake your reactions. I just stated my opinion on what I've noticed for months 🤷🏾 I don't actually care if a reactor doesn't like certain movies, tv shows or certain characters, obviously everyone is not all going to like the same stuff. It's more about something different for me, that I didn't even actually bother commenting on. That would have been a whole other discussion.

Ngl idc if he don’t like Tyler Perry movies..when I was younger I was entertained by his earlier movies and still watch his plays but it’s not the best. Hopefully he watches The Best Man if he hasn’t yet. There is a lot Tyler could do better but he knows his audience and caters to them. Idk why ppl giving you a hard time abt this of all things 😭
