The only time I've heard about kids having individual nannies is when Angelina and Brad had a nanny for each kid when they were young. They talked about getting nannies that had the same cultural background of the adopted ones so they had a connection to their place of birth. Now whether or not that was some weird rumor or an actual statement made I can't remember.
