There’s no security guards at that school, not because it’s a “shitty school”, but because it’s a fantasy sort of school in set in the country side in England. The school might be sort of mix of British and American school culture, but they didn’t want to take the bad stuff from American high schools, and needing a bunch of security guards in school is kind of a bad thing. Schools started having security guards to try to prevent violence (especially gun violence), not to stop kids from having sex on school grounds. And most school only started having security guards in the 2000’s, but now it’s our new normal. It’s not so normal in UK schools.
