Fly on the Wall

Watching the beginning of this episode makes me think the only reason they teamed Zelena back up with the Evil Queen is because they needed a sounding board for her character when she wasn’t actively engaging with the heroes. The original Henry was gone and so is Sidney so they needed a somewhat neutral character that would be willing to listen to the Evil Queen talk about her plans.
