The story from this episode is literally from episode 15 (Quelling, hacking into the Bar, the agreement with Harold, Scotty and Harvey fighting, Katrina not being around)

What they are being accused of is from episode 3 of this season when witness were going to come forward on Ava's murder charge but Mike (and Harvey) convinced Harold to represent those witnesses and sue Ava (or her company) for emotional distress or PTSD and the settled with them as a sort of "legal" bribe and so they couldn't get on a plane to come to the U.S.
