You're quite right. Sgt. Wuntsch is played by Kyra Sedgwick, who is indeed married to Kevin Bacon. She's been in a lot of things over the years, including starring in the series The Closer. I enjoy the episode overall, but for me the very best part was the pre-credits cold open, when everyone was doing zingers about Terry's upcoming vasectomy. Including Amy's "... and blanks!" of which she was so proud because she usually doesn't come up with jokes quickly like the others do.
