AHH! I didn't expect this, this soon!!! 😍

Aimee

Yes, there is only one Slayer at a time and she is always female. The very first bit of the episode explains it. 🙂 I love getting a new reaction to this iconic show! I watched Steven’s reactions and now get to see yours. Woot! I watched this show while it was on, and it was a huge phenomenon. Buffy and friends were the high school graduating class of 1999, and I was the class of 2000, so this was my generation’s show. Really looking forward to watching you get completely sucked into the Buffyverse! It’s a wonderful ride. 😁🩸🧛

DJ Doena

@Brian: Did you recognize Jesse as Milo from 24? :-)

DJ Doena

As for Giles: The first letter is pronounced softly, like in "gee whiz" or "ginger".

C J

Just to help you out, Giles is pronounced like jam or jelly, not with a hard G. You should watch the movie after series one. You could watch it now, but the movie is a whole other...experience. 😆

Andrea

Yessss, here we goooo!

OH MY GOD FRESH BLOOD

Terri

Man, if you were watching Charmed you would hit the trifecta of shows on at this time. Buffy, Dawsons Creek and Charmed were three shows all the teens talked about during this era.

Best time for TV! Clearly, I am still living there circa 25 years later. 😂
