Might Be Time To Take A Break From Gossip Girl (Patreon)

Howdy ladies and gents, so for those that have been watching my Gossip Girl Reactions you might be noticing that the show lately makes me angry (Just a Bit). I do not want to watch a show that makes me angry and makes me annoyed. I know some of you enjoy me getting upset and mad and making fun of the show but I dont think I want to do that. I dont want to fully give up on the show but I think that I need to take a break from the show for a bit. I have some suggestion that some of you might be ok with. 

I know the numbers on the show are very high and it has a fan base but I really need to find a solution for the show. 

I tried to find shows that those who watch Gossip Girl Weekly would Enjoy

I wouldn't watch Gossip Girl 2021 it is even more infuriating than the original. I think watching it will still make you mad ;)

Leverage is a weekly heist, Oceans 11 style, with good character development and a great cast. And unlike anything you're currently watching.

Simply because Skins is on this list, I would’ve had Shameless US as an option too. I think watching GG once a month would be cool too btw! Skam is a great teen drama and I always watch reactions to it bc I just love seeing everyone’s first impression of it. Dynasty is closest to Gossip Girl though considering it’s the same creators again. I didn’t vote for it bc I’ve never watched it but my mom used to watch the original series and she said it was good. So if that wins, I’ll watch along with you for the first time!

If you actually intend to return to Gossip Girl, (not saying that you have to, but if you want to) doing a shorter show makes sense to me (like Cruel Summer or TSITP).

I have another suggestion, maybe you could respond to Deadly Class?! Sadly there's only one season and it's "a bit" graphic and brutal but at least it's about a school! And I haven't found anyone who has it on Patrion yet! Best regards! Lina

Ahhhhhh it’s a toss up for me!!! Reign or The summer I turn pretty! Love how reign got some votes on! It’s an underrated show in my opinion because not to many ppl talk about it at all that I seen. Reign was my first choice and is my favorite show of all time: the summer I turn pretyy is so good and I think you’d love it base off your first resection of it or two on live and it’s current so new episodes will be coming out eventually and it’s also a top topic rn on the internet Bc of season 2 being released recently. But tbh I really hoppe reign wins

Honestly, some kdramas are better than all these shows. You have to be okay with reading subtitles but they can be far superior to any teen tv show. And i love some of the ones you've seen. Much closer to like person of interest quality

Leverage is an honest to God FUN show. A different heist every episode, funny characters, great backstories. Very very fun. It's not gonna win this poll but hope you get to do it one day. Skins (UK) is ICONIC. Again, not gonna win this poll but it's amazing!!

Also, just a suggestion, maybe you can use this (either temporary or permanent) break from Gossip Girl to finish some of the shows you were almost done with (like Nikita, etc.)

I see some people here thinking Grey's wouldn't be a good "replacement" for Gossip Girl but I think it makes perfect sense. The reason we love GG is because of the drama, and GA is no stranger to drama. It's what makes the show, not the medical stuff. Sure, some of the medical storylines are great, but as a drama fan, I am there for the drama and this show brings it. 😂

I’m just as confused Greys Anatomy should’ve been started. It won couple polls at least 2nd place. He said he was going to start it after house. Like we been waiting forever.
