Where is the umbreon cosplayer again? I know she is rare but i want to try and capture her. I think I had encountered her and defeated her in the last update. Does that mean I can't find her again?

She's in the Cubone area with the bones and sharks. You should be able to find her again as I ran into her twice.

How do you get stickers? I'm sure it said it somewhere before, but I couldn't find it.

Just figured it out. If anyone else is struggling, it is the two machines in front of the convention center.

I cannot for the life of me figure out what to do lol. I got jessie back to room and gambled at her game but I can't get past that.
