"why do I enjoy him so much, he's a mass murderer" very few people apart from James Gunn can pull it off and you're not alone in feeling that way The exchange about "yes/no" questions is a good moment for each of them, as a comment elsewhere pointed out: Peacemaker and Vigilante get development as characters here by understanding each other. Peacemaker realised that his straightforwardness with others leads to him not having the patience to deal with someone that doesn't follow his way of behaviour, so he gets frustrated easily with someone like Vigilante. As a result, he becomes a little more honest about how he feels. Vigilante realised that his natural intrigue on things can ead to him lackina focus on the main obiective so he can't see when people get upset by it, only after they make it crystal clear. As a result, he tries to be more empathetic.
