You can see the dawning horror in Peacemaker's face as Goff told him the motives of the butterflies... He realized that his idealogy matched theirs. And he chose to reject it. After defeating a top-tier martial arts expert, an alien-enchanced gorilla, and an entire squad of skinheads, it was a fence that brought down Economos lol. A comment on yt said "they (the writers) had to find a way to stop Economos from going OP again and taking out all the butterflies on his own" 😭 I love how this season can be summed up as "we needed heroes to save the world... but we got these idiots instead"

The reason why Vigilante didn't just grab the Anti-Gravity helmet to stop it is simple: this thing can hold the weight of Peacemaker. Had Vigilante grabbed it, he would've flown off with it. When asked about a comment on Peacemaker's diss on Green Arrow, Stephen Amell said something along the lines of "oh I wasn't watching, I was too busy showing John Cena what real wrestling is" lol Thanks so much for reacting to this. Can't wait for Creature Commandos S1, then back to Peacemaker S2, then you'll be all caught up before Supergirl :D

I've seen quite a few opinions of the different perspectives of Economos' confession of his beard "he never thought anybody noticed, until recently, when one guy said it to him all the time." The obvious one is Peacemaker realising he was a jerk for bullying Economos like that, and the effect that can have on people. But the other one is that for so long, Economos never felt noticed. Like people saw right through him, like he wasn't really there, until Peacemaker called him out on his beard, and made him feel noticed-- in a weird way, that touched his heart.
