I’m so glad you loved it! I come from a no contact family. But my dad’s family was even more no contact as in no talking about your problems. So my dad broke that cycle. And my sister, thst I grew up with, did a lot of gentle parenting. So broke some of those barriers. To this day my dad still says he wished he hugged us more. So it’s good he realized that is pretty important
