"Is that why there are cats running around Kings Landing when Arya is there?" Yes! From now on the Red Keep will use cats (although in the book it is actually Otto's idea and in place by the time Rhaenyra takes the throne). Those Green, Red, and Blue strips are the sigil of House Strong (after the three rivers of the riverlands). Also Rhaenyra's maternal grandfather was an Arryn, (she is a cousin of some sort to Jeyne) so thats another case of brown hair. I do think Daeron's hair is dyed though. Both to make Daeron not a target for assassins and because Ormund, uh, has feelings about Targaryens. Poor Daeron, who turned out to be an abused little meow meow! (and also I guess a war crminal for killing an innocent man). Honestly, Ormund making Daeron kill an innocent man (played by an Andor actor! We had both him and Brasso in the same scene!) felt like a cult induction ceremony. Gwayne we need you!!! Also, I think Ormund is a Cousin once removed? I always get confused with that. But ya, Ormund is Gwayne and Alicents cousin. According to Fire and Blood (although not a great reliable source) the HIgh Septon prayed when Aegon landed and came out and was like "We are just not going to fight!" But ya, I think the Hightowers were the richest house in westeroes before the rise the Targaryens, then Velaryons under Corlys, and then eventually the Lannisters. We see Tessarion flying in the finale of Season 2. I dont think she was in chains prior in this season, but she was always surrounded by Dragonkeepers and was pretty contained by them. But they are dead now... Another great reaction and of course so hyped for next week!
