Ugh, this episode gets me every time! Regarding your comments/questions about Angela and Hodgins, the last episode wasn't the first time that the show indicated Hodgins has a thing for Angela, but it was the first time that they made it more overtly obvious, so I understand why you wouldn't have noticed before. He's made passing comments and flirty jokes in previous episodes, and there's been a lot of looks from him, but that's about it. Also, I will say that from what I remember, there haven't been any indications of Angela reciprocating the attention before.
