Fun fact: Gwi-Ma’s voice actor( the big fire looking dude ) is the same dude who voices the frontman from Squid Game. His name: Lee Byung-hun.

Jordie

so who’s ready for the next huntrix concert ? 😹

Jordie

idk how they do it for other movies similar to this but for This movie specifically they hired both Voice actors and singers for each character. Ejae who’s the singer for Rumi though is very known and loved in the kpop scene bc she writes and produces for most of our favorite kpop groups within the scene she also has her own music as well. and as for the others idk much but there are some ex idols and just amazing singers in general!! along with popular actors as well. ❤️ hope this helps

I agree with most the criticisms you have but I will also say that the movie was originally 3 hours long. Netflix made them cut it by about half so they had to throw out so many scenes that wouldve probably satisfied the critiques unfortunately. Still an incredible film tho!

AllyBoo124

I agree with the critiques. I LOVED watching this movie it was a fun original story, great animation, great music, good homage to kdramas and other fun cultural things. But I felt at the end of it I was just wanting for so much more, like you could very very clearly tell that they took scenes out and cut it down. Like even in the train scene when she says the comment about Mira’s insecurities, it feels weird because we haven’t been shown anything to know more about that. But a great movie and hopefully the sequel will delve more into who rumi’s father is or maybe a prequel about their training. There’s honestly so much material they have to make a second or third or entire franchise tbh. But so glad to see an original story given the love it deserves and the time and quality it deserved to make it

Goth Baby

Yeh they hired actual kpop singers for the songs, Twice did their version of takedown for the end credits.

Goth Baby

Also why'd u have to yap during Jinus entire duet part :((

Copyright... You Do Know That The Less I Talk, The Less You See On YouTube Right? Idk Why Some People Think They'll See More If I Talk Less. That's Not How This Works. That's Why My Videos Be 40 To An Hour Mins, If I Didn't Talk As Much Than My Videos Would Be Like 15 or 20 mins.

Chamyra Charles

This movie was supposed to be 3 hrs long but Netflix cut it down.

spy the bomb

maybe because mira's family all hated her for how she was and she wanted to be included in what rumi was thinking since she thought of them as a family and family should tell eachother everything? it was quite simple for me why she said that about her insecurities
