Rem stands for Rapid Eye Movements. When you enter into a state of dreaming your eyes will move while they're closed under the lids. Ita fascinating

The scene where Nancy's boyfriend gets sucked into the bed has such a cool and fascinating story behind it. For that scene they used a large rotating room and they had only a short amount of time and budget left in order to get it done so they pretty much only had one shot but something went wrong and the blood ended up going in the wrong direction towards some electronics and ended up electrocuting a camera operator luckily they were fine but that mistake ended up giving us one of the best horror scenes of all time imo

I'm a forever Nancy stan. What I love about her is in most final girl tropes, the final girl runs and hides for most of the movie until the end when she has no choice but to face down her enemy to either live or die. Nancy, after the bathtub scene is on attack. She goes after Freddy from that moment on. She's badass.
