So it turns out I didn't make it to Arkansas this weekend, thanks to a  brake caliper wedging into my wheel and forcing me to get towed home  from almost Shreveport.

Now second:

Here's why nothing much has been written for quite some time.

Yes, I've been busy as hell with WLP stuff and conventions and the Changeling Space Program kickstarter. But that's not the main reason why I've been not creative at all the past few months.

I've been having symptoms that, to be blunt, scare the shit out of me- heart palpitations, pressure in the chest, chronic indigestion other things. I FINALLY get to see the cardiologist on Tuesday, though that may not lead to anything immediately. 

The symptoms aren't constant- they come and go. And they aren't actually painful, as such. But when they're in effect, I don't want to do ANYTHING, and I don't have brain power for anything beyond the basics. 

My personal guess is that it's all digestive system related- some recurring infection or poisoning. (I'm looking into having my well water tested.) But finding out for sure is a GLACIALLY SLOW process- I put in my request for a cardiologist back in MAY, and then the symptoms were mild. 

Suffice to say, with that on my mind I haven't been able to focus on writing new stuff.

I'm sorry for the drought, and I hope you'll be patient while I work this out.
