Release: TRS2 Update 23 for $3 Tier (Patreon)

Tested and played through it a few times, and all the saves worked. But that doesn't mean things didn't slip by. So as always, if there are any issues, please report them on discord (https://discord.gg/GJK5kfKypg).

So update 23... I'm not honestly sure what to say about it. It's a bit mixed bag really. If you don't encounter any choices... well, one of those updates where the choices are behind things you chose before. Bound to happen at times. Anyway, not going to ramble much.   

And as almost a tradition now, a bug fix:  https://mega.nz/file/yrQSASJZ#D-J-9-ZhcVXCqo-Lve9HFllOq3Nc6pNQD2QFokWI2OwExtract to the /game folder and you are good. Android build has been updated to contain the fix.
