November Preview: Spartan Command and Treekin Riders (Patreon)

Hello everyone! Here are the latest November sculpts we've been sharing on social media, following our earlier studio updates. This time we're looking at a Spartan command scene for The Adventurer and two mounted Treekin additions for The Bannerman.

The Adventurer: Spartan Hoplites Command Group

We know you enjoy dioramas, so we're opening this preview with one. Greek armies were superstitious, and the Spartans were especially strict about reading the omens before battle. Favourable signs from a sacrifice could decide when they attacked. Our Spartan Hoplites Command Group captures that wait, with a king beside the augur and the sacrificial ram before he leads his troops into battle.

The Bannerman: Treekin Spellsinger on Unicorn

We're filling one of the biggest gaps in our Wood Elf range: unicorns. First up for November is the Treekin Spellsinger on Unicorn, and these work-in-progress renders show how the rider and mount are coming along.

The Bannerman: Treekin Glade Guard on Horse

Alongside the Spellsinger come the Glade Guard riders, also shown as work in progress. The set includes equipment to arm the riders with bows, spears, or a mix of both within the unit. Round shields, quivers and flowing cloaks also feature in the sculpts. A horn and a banner distinguish the command figures in the gallery, while hooded and helmeted heads give the riders different faces. We've included the views already shared on our social channels so you can follow the unit around.

Which catches your attention first: the Spartan command scene or the mounted Treekin?
