I think this is, and will be for quite some time, the best unit we have ever sculpted. It has been tons of work but I think it has been worth it.

I hope you like it as much as we do.

Aces High

This looks amazing. I can't wait to print them!

Boy, this unit is mind blowing. It conveys such a level of complexity, even in a vertical direction, that just leaves in awe

Sin palabras! Es un trabajazo espectacular, muchas gracias por hacerlo posible!

La mejor, no se, la más variada, desde luego. Aunque el burro no me convence mucho 😁

It's more a diorama then a unit and it looks wonderfull. you make such inspiring Modells with so much character and still playable as unit.

The miniatures, even the keeper are very nice sculpts. That said, I am "currently" not a fan of the keeper aesthetic wise. He looks like a random guard that stumbled in the unit. I still have no idea if he represnts a generic knight or something more special. Joan is fantastic, but also doesn't fit the unit. The unit itself is to busy if you put everything in the unit. To many points that draw attention. To build a immersive unit, sometimes less is more. The problem is that when you remove the centerpieces, the unit itself is not so big. So you will need duplicates as already is needed to fill the unit as seen in the picture. You have done many units in the past with a centerpiece. Like your imperial kindred phalanx with the stone table and commander. All those were as much of a diorama piece as this, but it felt more restraint. Now it's more like, damn we still need to make 12 different pelgrims to fill the unit.. that's boring to sculpt.. let's add some more big stuff. That said, the donkey, the big guy and the relic. Are magnificent and very immersive sculpts. I think it would be fantastic to have a unit with the donkey as a centerpiece, than a unit with the actual relic as centerpiece. The big guy could also work as a centerpiece. Ofcourse not for january, but expand in the future on these centerpieces. Is january this unit and Morgana? I know you spend lot of hours in for this release. I think more than you did for september, october and november? While the different centerpieces are great, they are not imo more spectular as the ridden monsters you did since september. Especially the griffon and phoenix. Since the new release schedule september, october and november were fantastic. December had only the halflings and halfling cook that were exceptional.

Painting Knights

very nice ! i like the look and feel alot ! :) ..... one question does the knight still have the option to have his faceplate down ? ... if not thats fine just curious ?!

Enos

OMG that's fantastic !!

OMG THAT DONKEY! I LOVE THAT DONKEY! Also love the big guy and all the attention to detail with this unit. Truly wonderful!!

Seeing how amazing this unit is, I would love to see an elven version of it. Perhaps it could be a caravan of traders instead protected by militia and a few guards. The traders could have exotic items and you could have perhaps llamas instead of donkeys, or maybe even a wierd fantasy beast-of-burden instead 🤔
