Hey everyone!
I'm currently trying to balance the timing of non-mc scenes with mc screen time, so that we can focus on our main group a little bit more, and the unrelated npcs a little bit less.
I'm also trying to find out a way to balance everything in the game, so it will be more fun for you.

You can choose as many options as you like. This is mostly for me to have a better idea on how to build future chapters and future games. 💖

Love you.

Stay safe! 😘

Can I vote more plot, like, five times? I’m heckin’ into the story.

NekitaKickIt

I had to reread what the poll was about 3 times because I was so thrown by the screen cap of a flirtation scene with Elius. The drama 😯

bos

Voted for a few options here, but hardest for more plot & nsfw scenes (with less strategic framing! 😈).

Emily Belle

I have only playd the first two chapters of season 2, but the biggest change that bothered me between the two seasons was the hyper focus on all characters that weren't the MC. Every 6th rotation, I actually got to make choices instead of just reading. I play visual novels for the choices and only getting to make 2 dialogue choices per chapter isn't the greatest. That all said, Virion sobbing like a baby when MC reunited with him AND her actual elf baby (I've always wanted to have an elf baby due to Zevran in Dragon Age Origins and Fenris in DA2 and Dalish Wedding with Cullen in DAI) that don't want you to think I'm all gloom and unhappiness over here

AnnieIvanova

Even though I voted and I'm super excited for more plot/romance, I kinda feel like the way you balance all the factors into your narrative is very organic and logical! Makes for a very real interaction between character development and plot unraveling. Also, I'M SORRY, IS THAT AN ELIUS ROUTE??? My prayers have been heard!

Roe Mi

Missing Argandea is no joke for me... But seriously, I think is great that you always ask about our opinions and take them seriously 💖 I really can't wait for the second half of the 4th chapter! And if I may, I'd like to say that I feel like our characters are apart for too long... I wish Lea and Arwanwe joined the team already so we could see all of them interacting 💕 (also, Virion and Argandea together would be amazing 🔥 you spoiled us with the minigame and now I want more!)

lucykills

RIN STOP PLAYING W MY HEART AN ELIUS FLIRT OPTION? OOF 😍 You’ve done such an amazing job so far with the story, I can’t wait to see more of your progress❣️

Asher

I am so sorry I have the impulse control of a seagull in a fast food parking lot and absolutely just tagged More of Everything. Absolutely willing to wait longer for more content (Especially for the Mighty Blue).

Nikki Den

What is going on here with Elius?? 👀 A ROUTE?? A LITTLE SIDETHING?? If so I'll take it 😂

Chelsea Hogan

I KNEW Elius was going to be an option this season. He's evil, but damn, he's also hot as sin. So excited for everything you've been doing!

Sakura-petal

This poll got me like: Feel like pure crap just want Argandea back

Meanders

Regardless of how far apart releases are it gives something to look forward to, and wow this is reading out to me sounds sad. But it's fun to see the progress and the built up excitement

AgehaButterfly

Lmfao I KNOW that last choice is for me 😂😂😂

blackSoul

I love mini games and battles! The more interaction the better, it's funny and ecxiting to play!💖

Less strategic framing as in more genitals and more explicit? 🔥🔥🔥

rinmaru
>>49836415

This was honestly my biggest concern. I'm trying to add more scenes with the MC and the main group now. Just asking to find the right balance 😉!

rinmaru
>>49836656

I've been mostly unhappy about the time/scene skips. Now working on a way where there is more MC and main group interactions but still have enough scenes with other npcs to move the plot further!

bos
>>49829852

Yeah! i realized this when seeing some of the minigames and gifs. I thought these would be great scenes in the games themselves!

rinmaru
>>49839112

💕💕💕 I can get lost in my work very often, so I make a habit to turn back and ask you how do you feel about the content. It helps me stay on course!💖

rinmaru
>>49861921

😂😂😂 Arganbae is my favorite too, but like leaving the favorite to the last. It'll be worth the wait, I promise!

rinmaru
>>49829852

As I am trying to work with my artists within their comfort zone, I am mostly telling them the general feeling/pose of the scenes and leave the framing to them, but I will definitely bring it up and see what they feel about more explicit content! 😉

Emily Belle

Maybe only have Non main group NPC scenes that include main group? I'm terrible at names, but the Kitty Ladies and the Elven married couple got scenes all their own, it started making me think they'd somehow join the group. But if the information they shared only got shared on screen with a member of the core group, it wouldn't feel like all this background knowledge my character would never get. If MC will never know the details of that conversation, we probably shouldn't see it ourselves. The reader has more information than the MC at that point.

rinmaru
>>49836415

No, I know where I am going with the NPC scenes. There is a reason to every conversation we see, and there will be a time where all the pieces of the puzzle come together. Although if you are not interested in deep lore, I feel like my games in general may not be your thing. I'm not undecided or unclear on why or how those scenes will be used. I'm only undecided about the amount of scenes we see each chapter. So, rather than asking a question about how to make my games, I'm wondering about numbers. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Emily Belle
>>49836415

Ah. don't have suggestions for specific numbers. The short of it is that it has turned into more of a kinetic novel than I would like, so I would appreciate a similar amount of dialogue choices as season 1. Good luck with everything, I'm obviously supportive of what you're doing.

rinmaru
>>49836415

The amount of choices is actually the same. 2 per scene. The difference is, while season 1 chapters were shorter and focused mostly on MC, season 2 chapters are long and focused more on the story/world. As I personally enjoy plot heavy games with deep lore, this is the way I do things myself too. But I agree, I have to find a balance between character interactions and the main character since this is a game for fun and not a serious art work or anything. 😊

Zizel

Elius flirt scene... ELIUS FLIRT SCENE! Congratulation Rin, you have officially broken me!

bos
>>49829852

Glad to hear. But also yeah, whatever they're cool with!

ClockworkBerry

I always really love your games and the deep lore in them, my only concern is that id like it if the romances were explored a bit more than they are now, because sometimes (at this stage of the game atleast) it feels like besides appearance it doesnt really matter who the baby's father is... But maybe thats just not the kinda game youre going for and i respect that as well!! I understand its so much more than just a love story, but what can i say i really like the disaster paretns MC and Virion hahahah
