Elements Tiles Four Seasons (Patreon)

Hello! I hope you're having a wonderful week. Today I'm excited to share these sets with you.

This one started out with the idea to make a quick snowy winter update for the Elements tileset. Similar to the winter holiday update I did for Omega Modern a couple years ago.

But once I got started... I realized that that's already half of the seasons... so... as always... the idea got bigger...

Today's release is a set of three new TileA5 sets (terrain-layer tiles) with updated textures and a bunch of new tiles for details.

These sets are directly built onto the TileA5_outside set from the Elements tileset pack.

The one included in that pack works for the "summer" set, so here are three alternatives that can be used to tile-swap directly with your seasonal weather.

Since most of the set is recolored versions of existing tiles, I'll point out what's new:

New terrain detail tiles:

Spring: Bunches of wildflowers

Fall: Fallen Needles/Pinecones

Winter: Snowdrifts/piles and rocks,

The snow-texture tile variants are all new (the ones in the first row of the winter set after the first base snow tile, which I took from my OPENRTP tiles)

I spent all day today going all-out with these little detail tiles , so we'll need to revisit the B-layer and other objects in the future.

We can consider this to be the concept test or laying the foundations for seasonal sets. Let me know what you think!

Tbh I think these new little tiles on their own would be fine releases on their own 🤣 I had too much fun making the little flowers. I hope you like them too!

I do plan to finish the B tiles of not just the winter set, but all the other three seasons-- but in time for Christmas...?!!!

Either way, I think that this could make another patron bonus expansion when we have the sets done for the full seasons. We'll see!

In the meantime-- have a fantastic weekend. This Satuday night is JOHN CENAS LAST MATCH, so I'll be watching that while continuing to grind on my own game project...
