Hello! I'm happy to share some new trees with you today--

This tree is an experiment to continue building out the tilesets in a style direction that's closer to some of our SNES greats. I think that this tree is a big step in that direction. It's a very different technique from my usual approach, which is generally "cleaner"-- but I think that stylistically this is getting closer to where we want to be. I hope that you like it too.

Like all of my add-on sets, this is arranged in a simple grid that can be added to any existing tileset.

I'll be back next week with something new. See you then.

Thanks!

You're an actual mindreader, I was just thinking while working with the fairy forest that I wish there were more trees in the style. The new style is looking great, looks like it'll work a lot better for a slightly more "gritty" game than the previous style.

God damn that's a nice looking pine tree. I was just thinking a day or two ago how hard pine trees are to make without them looking like cookie cutter Christmas trees, this is fantastically organic looking.
