Hello! Today's release is based on a patron request.

So this seemed like a fun request because it gave me the opportunity to make more of a unique setpiece than a typical tileset.

I decided to handcraft this overgrown, moss-covered witch's hut. I started with some old existing tiles and then added a lot of customized unique details to it. It should stand out as a memorable location in your game world!

There are two color variations as you can see in the preview; use whichever one fits better in your setting.

Note: For a door that will work well with these, grab the one from this release (I used those western-style walls as the base for these huts, so one of the doors there should fit nicely.

Downloads - Tileset Add-on:

Witch's Hut - 100% (16x16)

Witch's Hut - 200% (RMVX/Ace)

Witch's Hut - 300% (RMMV/MZ)

Note: Like all of my tile add-ons, these are arranged in a regular grid so they can be added to any existing tileset.

Let me know if you would like to see more individually-crafted setpieces like this.

They're fun to make; a fully-crafted piece lets me add a lot more detail because I don't need to worry about making sure that every square is a unique tile that can be repeated. These are the kind of customized pieces that I'd love to make myself to put directly into a game, and I've made similar ones before for commissions.

It's also the kind of thing that doesn't fit very easily into the big released tile packs, so I think it makes sense for more patron releases to be specific like this... hmmm...

If you think that more like these would be useful to you, please let me know in the comments here or in the request threads!

------

That's it for now! I'll be back next week with something new. See you soon.

Thanks!

These look amazing! Downloading right away and adding to library.

I really enjoy these little packs. They're great!

I like this hut and it would be nice to have more like these. Like a house under construction with a scaffold or a burned down house or for the witch theme a gingerbread house.

My question is, would it be too much to ask for an optional addition of chicken legs and a beak that is also a door?

I think individually crafted bespoke pieces like this are a really fantastic idea, and this one turned out great!
