“Yeah I've got time. I'll swing over in a minute.” Peter threw his backpack in the air, webbing it to the alley wall as he pulled on his Spider-suit. On the other end of the line, Detective DeWolff responds, “You're sure? After that Sandman incident, are you ok to be working?”
“I'm still getting sand out of my suit. But it's just a missing person case right? I swing by the fashion show venue, crawl around a little and see if I see anything. No problem. I'll call you if I find anything.” Pulling on his mask, Peter leapt halfway up the building before *THWIP!* and away he swung. The very quick brief DeWolff had given him was that one of the maintenance crew on the Runway Fashions fashion show, Reggie Thompson, had gone missing. The maintenance man had a wife and kid who said there was no way he wouldn't come home, but since it wasn't 72 hours yet, the NYPD couldn't act. But Spider-Man could.
“E.V. pull up info on Runway Fashions.” As Spider swung through Manhattan, he got an update from his onboard AI: ‘Runway Fashions, an up-and-coming fashion company founded by the enigmatic Runway. She is holding this fashion show to show off several of her new lines including lingerie, high fashion, casual chic, and dinner royalty lines. Her previous Super Sexy designs depicting sexy versions of Superhero costumes went viral allowing her to launch her company.’
“She's the one who did the Spider-Gown?”
‘One of her most popular designs.’
“Yeah, even I saw it online. So she's a fan. I'm sure she'd love to chat then.” As Spider-Man landed on the roof across from the ballroom hosting the show, he scoped out security. Nothing much. Mostly venue staff setting up the stage. He thwipped to a fire escape and climbed into the window crawling along the ceiling into the ballroom. On the attached ceiling, he caught his first glimpse of the mysterious Runway as she touched up a dress on one of the models. The dark skinned woman looked every bit the fashion icon. With a huge mane of dark hair, gorgeous dress, and high platform heeled boots, she strutted around the model preening the colorful gown with expert eyes. Spidey slid down a web, hanging upside down with the intention of a surprise, until he heard the model speak, “Miss Runway, I have a family. I can't stay like this for three more days.”
“Oh come now Reggie darling you look amazing! My gown certainly does.” Runway said with a fake British accent that almost sounded real, “And I told you, I'm short on models. You'll be back to your old self after the show! Until then, smile! One more walk and you can sit and rest with the others! clap clap! Come come!”
Spider-Man had heard enough. He flipped down, landing behind Runway with a soft Thump, “I’ve heard about suffering for art, but usually it's the artist doing the suffering lady.”
Runway turned around. If she were surprised by the intruder, she didn't show it, “Oh I have done my share of the suffering Spider-Man. What can I do for you?”
“Well I did want to talk, but after hearing that, I think I need some questions answered first.” Runway lifted her hands, and the tingle of his Spider Sense warned Peter to react. THWIP THWIP! He webbed her hands to her sides before continuing, “Okay first question. Is that Reggie Thompson? The maintenance man who went missing? Are you?”
“I-I am… and she-”
“Hush you!” Runway hissed at her, and Reggie's mouth snapped shut.
“Well that's one mystery. So how did she make you… like that?” Spider-Man continued, ignoring Runway. But Reggie didn't speak again. Her mouth firmly closed. Spidey turned to the company head, “How'd you make him look like a woman?”
“She more than looks like one. She is a woman, through and through. Tailored to perfectly fit my gown. I need models for this weekend's show you see. And now that you poked into my business, you'll need to participate too.” Spidey suddenly felt a tingle. Not like his Spider Sense, but the cool breeze of Air Conditioning. Looking down, he immediately saw why. His Spider Suit was unraveling, the fabric swirling around him as it shifted and danced. A quick glance at Runway's webbed hands, and he saw that one of them had cut itself free with small blade that Runway must have had when he webbed her up. He lifted his hand to fire another web, but found that his fingers couldn't move. His gloves seemed to be pulling his hands open to stop from forming their signature signal for webs. In fact he couldn't move his boots either, “What are you… how!?”
“My my. That was just a guess, but you can't make webs without doing your silly little hand gesture. Interesting.” Runway cut her other hand free, and walked up to the now immobile Spider-Man, “Ohhh what fun. What should I put the beloved Spider-Man in? A ballroom gown? One of the workout sets?”
As she paced around him, Peter struggled to see through the whirlwind of thread and fabric that used to be his suit, only his gloves, boots, and mask still in place, “E.V. Call-hhng!”
He felt his mask tighten, clamping his jaw shut as runway tutted, “Ah ah ah. We don't want any more of the show previewed. Oh of course! The Super Lingerie Line! That's perfect.”
The working fabric began stitching itself back together along Peter's body, though with far less coverage than before as Runway spoke, “I'm sorry Spidey, I really am a big fan. But I can't have you stopping my show! You'll understand in a minute. See I have some sort of connection to fabric. Any kind really. I can move it and shape it however I want. And the craziest part? If someone wears it after I make it with this power, they change to fit it perfectly. And I do mean perfectly.”
Peter glanced down as best he could, his head unable to move under her powers control as a rather large cupped negligee top with his signature spiderweb pattern fell loosely over his chest, his genitals tightly stretching a red and black webbed thong. But he couldn't see past that for long as his chest began softening and swelling, his muscles vanishing and nipples growing larger.
Boobs! She's making me a woman!? Peter thought as his body grew to confirm his fears. Huge mounds of heavy fat flooded his chest, pulling the sheer cups of the negligee tight and threatening to spill out of it. Beneath his mask he could feel his face shifting as Runway spoke again, “Don’t worry. I'm not going to expose your identity.”
His mask pulled upwards, exposing his face below the eyes, his lips pushing out into a thick pout, and his nose shrinking and turning up slightly. His hair pulled through a new hole in the back, flowing down his back in a long brown ponytail. With his mouth free, Peter could speak again, but the voice that came out was a foreign one. High and breathy. He did his best to make it sound commanding, “Chan- Change us both back, and let us go! You don't have to do this!”
“Well of course I do. I'm not about to let my show fail!” Peter could feel his hips widen and fat fill into his ass and thighs. His gloves remained, gaining a silk frill to them presumably so Runway could continue controlling them. And as his genitals began pulling into his body, his boots began shifting as well, thinning and reaching up his body as they took on a darker color, “You want to know another fun thing about my power? The people who change from wearing my creations? I can control them. And they can only change back by wearing another one. So if you and Reggie want to be men again… you'll cooperate.”
The threat hit like a truck as Peter felt the last of his Spider-Manliness vanish between his- or now her thick thighs. She glared at Runway through her mask, “Why do all this? Why not just take volunteers?”
“Oh that takes far too much paperwork and interviewing and blah blah blah. I'm an artist darling. I have to be free to work my magic. Speaking of… I think your outfit may be finished.” She stepped back, still maintaining control of Spider-Gal’s gloves, but looking over the full picture. Black heels with black and blue fishnet stockings squeezed her plush thighs and attached to a blue garter belt at her thin waist. The red spiderweb patterned thong rode high on her wide hips, slipping between her thick butt cheeks in perpetual wedgie. The thin spider web negligee was sheer, her dark nipples visible through the thin fabric. Peter's gloves were mostly unchanged, although she thought they felt different. Perhaps silk rather than his cotton-spandex blend. The mask was similarly different, the tech seemingly stripped from it, the silk soft against her neck and face exposing her mouth and allowing her hair to flow behind her, “Now darling. Walk the runway and smile! We have a show to get ready for!”
Peter couldn't help herself. Try as she might to resist, her body moved on its own, strutting and posing down the runway with a coy smile on her red lips, ‘She’ll change me back after the show. She’ll change me back after the show. She promised!’Commissions open to the Hero Tier members first here: Spider Silk
