Hi Friends,

Lets start with viscous fluids for our cosmetic produc shots!

This is an intro with a basic setup and understanding of the different main parameters to give your fluid a more viscous "honey-like" appearance.

I was a bit unprecise with my explanation at some point, so let me quickly explain the main thing you have to understand about the Nexus PBD Fluid Solver:

Different parameters will either "push" particles away or "pull" them closer to each other. When you pull them closer together, you will get a more dense, small-scale and eventually more viscous behaviour. Otherwise by changing certain parameters which push the particles more away from each other, you will get a more loose, detailed solve.

In the next lesson, I will share my exact settings for the solver and we will create a beautiful product shot!

Im kind of curious if you enjoyed this Nexus lesson;-)

Is it possible to do same kind of simulation on c4d new particle system?

I will combine the C4D particles also with these assets, but we dont have a fluid solver for them so far, so we have to trick it a bit! But lets see!

Thanks for produce this tutorial with nexus, that's useful!
