Shaping up beautifully mate! Really love the punch that armour has - especially when you add the head in too! Can fully relate to the slog of following through the armour across some of the more boring areas to paint - it’s a grind but definitely worth it in the end!

Can't wait to see it in the flesh! Have you found starting from white (or thereabouts) and working down, still works for materials like iron or steel? I've been contemplating how I could have done my MPO entry better.

Holy shit Andy - this is looking absolutely amazing! I bet it looks phenomenal in the hand too. I'm not usually a fan of schemes that combine such vibrant colours, but this looks so punchy it's great. Also really enjoying hearing about your painting journey at a macro level (not just individual projects) and the stuff on further improving highlights by focusing on additional subtle elements was really interesting and useful. Plus, the brief period of slightly eerie music was fun too 😂. Can't wait to see the finished mini - cheers!
