Hey Everyone!

Excited to finally share how I am painting my Tau Army. Part 1 is going to be a video, and part 2 will actually be a PDF! This is so you can see me use the airbrush, but for the brush work you get nice close up step by steps.

I hope you are enjoying the 40k heavy content! Don't worry if 40k isn't your thing, there is going to be a ton of fantasy and different scale based content coming. With the new 40k due so soon we are just focusing on this right now!

There may be a certain new Fantasy range coming in a couple months which I am very exciting to show you.....

Hope you enjoy! As always, let me know what you think!

Painting Andy's Tau Colour Scheme Part 1 Airbrushing & Washing

New painter here. So does the first paint applied show up anywhere in the shadows? Or is the first color covered completely by the second? Then the Ulthan Gray is used to highlight panels.

Is this a Coldstar battle suit that you have adjusted?

Albert Ross

Been waiting for this. Amazing colour scheme (Y)

AK interactive have a bunch of panel liners. So far everyone I've tried has a nice depth of color. And the panel liner for black armor is white. So it's easy to mix your own shades. Dry quicker than oils too.

Amazing! So glad you put this up Andy. I'm three battle suits into a new Tau army (green-blue tamiya based colour scheme). Putting my cult of paint training to good use already, but this is perfect.

Is there a color list for the airbrush paints or will that come with the PDF? I love this scheme.

when you use the polyurethane varnish for the air brush? what did you use to Dilute? I have bought the vallejo one that you use.

Love this scheme, I'm going to get a commander and follow along as a learning exercise, do you have a paints list for the airbrush stage? Thank you!
