Hey everyone! It’s been super tough getting painting in lately….will make a separate video about the struggles of meeting this golden demon deadline!

Really happy with the faces I’ve done for these minis. Also happy with some tips I hope you find useful for any face. I tried to keep the video fairly concise, always hard to balance the amount of painting footage vs explanation.

Anyway! I’m moving along nicely now and back in the groove. So I’ll be getting more videos to you soon! I want these guys done by March 5…..so let’s see how it goes!

It is nice to hear that professionals suffer painting time and / or motivation as well. This is a great video to get motivated for my own project.

I was already loving the Vamp steps, but I am starting to froth at how this is coming together now! The leather hat, flame and metal shoulder pad have got me keen as a bean for the next video!

Jesus Andy - these are looking fantastic! That shadow effect under the hat is awesome… 😮

Tony McAspurn

Great video, the shadow effect is really cool. I'll definitely be trying this on something in the future.

Jose Herraez

I can’t get over how good these faces look!

Alex Breuer

Love this Andy, thanks. Which red leather do you prefer? Vallejo or scalecolour?

Dungeons and Dry Gins

I've tried similar effects in the past but this looks so much better than my attempts. I'm 100% going to try this on some Cursed City minis!

Guglielmo

Amazing job! Those faces really work well with the OSL effect! Quality work

Bertrand Dubaut

I am really curious to see how you're going to represent the Torch's OSL on the fresh snow on the ground of the Diorama.
