Morning all! This week I’ll tell you about the trials and tribulations I went through to get this done. The final part will be next week!

I’m currently filming Horus heresy content, as well as Saim Hann Eldar stuff. Lumineth and Sylvaneth are on my mind as well, so I’m sure I’ll return to those!

Really interesting to see the process with these going from failure to success the purple idea would have been nice but I do like how dark they are almost like shadows coming out of the trees, looking forward to some lumineth content as I’m working on a duel piece for GD that involves one of the kangaroos just struggling with composition at the moment

Love the final colour! I had been waiting for this recipe to paint my Delaque Necromunda gang. After much deliberating I just guessed you'd have used Eclipse and Brown Gray and painted them last week 🤣

Regarding what you said about it being a project log, rather than a tutorial, I think that those are as important as tutorials. Telling us what you did, why you made those decisions, how you had to go back and revisit things that weren't working, I think that's all massively valuable, especially to those of us that aspire to display painting, because it's very different from getting gaming pieces tabletop ready (even to a super high standard).
